Marine and oil industry

Production of winches, anchoring systems and other equipment for the marine industry, oil rigs and subsea applications. These products are mostly manufactured from structural steels of the S355 grade, under the production conditions and NDT inspection according to pertinent standards.

Spooling Gear - device installed on ships supplying oil rigs, used for uniform spreading of ropes on the winch reel.

Chain Rollers, Chain Haulers - used as sheaves for handling and guiding the chain into the ship under-deck.

Rig Winch Frame – winch reel frame including equipment.

Fairleads - parts of anchoring system guiding for floating oil rigs (FPSO), NDT and supervision according to the DNV, ABS standards.

Parts of subsea piping system - bushings, couplings and installation frames used for oil and gas extraction. High demands on production quality, dimensional and NDT checking. Functional parts provided with a coating of fluor-plastic (XYLAN).

Parts of ship equipment for ROV/LARS (Remotely Operated Vehicle/Launch & Recovery System) – winch reels. Material – steels of the S355 grade. Material certificates, production, NDT and supervision according to the DNV, ABS standards.
