History

1993 – 2000

Production of billboards, own development and manufacture of a wet leather grinding machine. Production of rolling mill parts for metallurgical plants.

In 2000, production became focused on sophisticated machine components for surface extraction of minerals; concentrating on the production of pushbeams.

In the period of 1993 to 2002, the firm’s output increased from CZK 30.3 mio to CZK 152.3 mio.

2000 – 2006

Production of special components from various materials for medical facilities. Production of technologically sophisticated machine components and equipment for surface extraction of minerals, such as platforms, closed auger conveyers, base frames of mining machines. Also the production of equipment and spare parts for metallurgical plants and steelworks, and base frames for conditioning units.

2005 – 2007

Production of equipment for winches and other equipment for the offshore-marine industry and offshore rigs. Production of special components from various materials for medical facilities. Production of equipment and spare parts for metallurgical plants and steelworks.

Investment in the extension of company’s production capacity – reconstruction of factory buildings A, B and social background, construction of the new factory building C.

2007 – 2009

Production of equipment for winches, cranes and other offshore equipment for marine industry, offshore rigs and parts of subsea applications. Machine components and equipment for surface extraction of minerals – platforms, pushbeams, base frames of mining machines. Production of equipment and spare parts for metallurgical plants and machine parts for the food industry.

In the last years, the firm has developed rapidly. Further construction of factory buildings D, E, F and the administration building was completed; the total investment amounted to approx. CZK 200 million – end of 2008.

2009 – UP TO NOW

The portfolio of equipment for winches, anchoring systems and cranes has increased gradually; we have still supplied components for surface extraction of minerals and for metallurgical plants.

The vast majority of machinery were purchased after 2009 for the total investment of CZK 60 mio. In the middle of 2012, we purchased a new CNC milling machine (x 2000, y 800, z 700 mm); and in October 2012, we installed a new modern flame-cutting centre of the third generation with the possibility of bevel cutting (bed 22 x 3 m).
